Abstract
Anallisa o impacto do programa ADTEN, financiado pela FINEP, no desempenho técnico das firmas industriais brasileiras. Trata-se de estudo sem precedente quanto ao conteúdo e método. Demonstra que ADTEN alcançou um número relativamente limitado de firmas, considerando-se a magnitude do setor industrial brasileiro.
