Abstract
Este artigo analisa a estrutura regulatória dos mega-acordos regionais e os principais parâmetros comparativos que se pode extrair a partir da macroestrutura de cada acordo. Para isso foi realizado delineamento inicial de cada acordo, com suas estruturas de artigos e capítulos e, na sequência, apresentam-se resultados da comparação das estruturas temáticas e regulatórias, com similitudes e diferenças, bem como com potencial de impacto e desenvolvimento futuro, nas relações comerciais internacionais.

This article analyzes the regulatory structure of the regional mega agreements and the main comparative parameters that can be extracted from the macro-structure of each agreement. For this, the initial design of each agreement was carried out, with its structure of articles and chapters. Results of the comparison of thematic and regulatory structures with similarities and differences are presented, with the potential for impact and future development in the international trade relations.
