Abstract

Africa is still considered a major challenge, particularly for issues relating to religions and ethnic groups, among other factors. The understanding of the African State depends on several aspects found both nationally and internationally, as seen by the Western state model, with the African experience that brings the search for its place, like territory, language, technology, production methods, and with the neoliberal state. The moves undertaken sought not only development but also the restructuring of economies, adapting them to the world market, which resulted in better conditions of advance to Africa.
