O Instituto Nacional de Gestão e Redução do Risco de Desastres (INGD), através da Divisão de Desenvolvimento das Zonas Áridas e Semi-áridas (DARIDAS), estabeleceu o Sistema de Aviso Prévio à Seca (SAP-Seca), que visa promover e aplicar o Financiamento baseado em Previsões (FbP). O seu objetivo é planificar e implementar Acções Antecipadas (AA) para mitigar os riscos de desastres antes da sua ocorrência e reduzir a necessidade de assistência humanitária após a sua ocorrência. | pt-br |
