Examina o papel da empresa multinacional em dois estágios distintos do crescimento industrial na América Latina. Estabelece o conceito de política industrial e discute os principais dilemas desta política. This paper examines the role of multinational company in two distinct stages of industrial growth in Latin America. Establishes the concept of industrial policy and discusses the main dilemmas of this policy.
