Abstract
Este Texto para Discussão identifica as regras sobre coerência regulatória previstas no Acordo Abrangente e Progressivo para Parceria Transpacífica (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership – CPTPP), da Parceria Econômica Regional Abrangente (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership – RCEP) e da Área de Livre Comércio Continental Africana (African Continental Free Trade Area – AfCFTA). Ademais, o trabalho compara as regras previstas nesses mega-acordos, com as regras sobre coerência regulatória disponíveis nos acordos celebrados pelo Mercado Comum do Sul (Mercosul) internamente e com parceiros externos.

This Discussion Paper identifies the rules on regulatory coherence provided for in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Furthermore, the work compares the rules provided for in these mega-agreements with the rules on regulatory coherence available in the agreements signed by Southern Common Market (Mercosur) internally and with its external partners.
