Abstract

This chapter argues that, on the one hand, PIs promote the inclusion of support based on different forms of knowledge for the management of public policies. On the other hand, we will discuss how such tools are debated, transformed, and re-signified so that hybrid evidence, which is the evidence arising from meetings,
discussions, deliberations, operational agreements, and conflicts manifested in these spaces, can be generated. It is knowledge that arises from the fruitful relationships established between different actors, who would probably not interact outside the PIs.
