Abstract
Apresenta uma medida de proteção líquido (ou promoção) projetado para medir o efeito líquido. Esta medida difere dos conceitos de ambos os custos de proteção ou de recursos internos eficazes em que se concentra na rentabilidade unidade de produção doméstica como afetado por diferentes políticas econômicas. As comparações são feitas entre os preços dos bens produzidos internamente e importados como eles são afetados por diferentes políticas.

This paper presents a measure of net protection (or promotion) designed to measure the net effect. This measure differs from the concepts of either effective protection or domestic resource costs in that if focuses on the unit profitability of domestic production as affected by various economic policies. Comparisons are made between the prices of domestically produced and imported goods as they are affected by different policies.
