Abstract
Before discussing methodology proper, it would be convenient to state that the principal aims of industrial prograrnming should be the following:1) projections of development by industries. 2) to help determine governnent econormic policies, and policies in regard to industrial development in particular. Under this heading may be included government programmes of investment, both in public sector, industries and in the infrastructure ( transport, energy, etc ).
