Abstract
Desenvolve a tese de que numa economia semi-industrializada, a alocação intersetorial e intertemporal é endogenamente determinada pela estrutura de comércio exterior. Isto acontece em função do papel estratégico exercido pelos bens intermediários e de capital importados e, também, devido às limitadas possibilidades de substituição de insumos nessas economias.
