Abstract
Analisa as desigualdades regionais relacionadas ao acesso à educação, que são bastante acentuadas principalmente entre a Região Nordeste e as outras regiões brasileiras. Compara também o acesso à educação da população brasileira e os níveis dos outros países da América Latina.
