Abstract
A partir da apresentação de algumas importantes e diferentes contribuições teórico-analíticas a respeito da transição de poder em curso no sistema internacional desde o final da Guerra Fria, este artigo objetiva analisar de que forma determinados acontecimentos recentes (2011-2012) podem influenciar a direção dessas transformações na década que se inicia.
