dc.description.abstractThe document analyzes the recent trajectory of Brazil’s Single Registry (CadÚnico), highlighting its state of obsolescence until 2022 and the negative impacts of the Auxílio Brasil program on the composition of beneficiaries. It presents the corrective actions implemented since 2023, including the review of records, data integration with CNIS and the Presença System, removal of inconsistent registrations, and the reinstatement of the Bolsa Família program. It also emphasizes modernization initiatives, capacity building for managers, the creation of the Single Registry Observatory, and the importance of treating the system as a central tool for social inclusion, avoiding stigmatization of vulnerable families.
dc.description.abstractalternativeO documento analisa a trajetória recente do Cadastro Único (CadÚnico) no Brasil, destacando o seu estado de obsolescência até 2022 e os impactos negativos do Auxílio Brasil sobre a composição dos beneficiários. Apresenta as ações corretivas implementadas a partir de 2023, incluindo a revisão de registros, integração de dados com o CNIS e o Sistema Presença, exclusão de cadastros inconsistentes e retomada do Bolsa Família. Destaca ainda iniciativas de modernização, capacitação de gestores, criação do Observatório do Cadastro Único e a importância de tratar o sistema como ferramenta central para inclusão social, evitando o estigma sobre famílias vulneráveis.
