Abstract
A cooperação técnica para o desenvolvimento (CTPD) brasileira tem como uma de suas estratégias a ênfase em projetos estruturantes, que se caracterizam por fortalecer as capacidades institucionais do país parceiro. Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar a definição de “projeto estruturante”, apontar os desafios de avaliação dessa modalidade, apresentar inciativas de avaliação e propor uma possível agenda de pesquisa.
