Abstract

This paper analyzes the possibilities of integration in electric energy power have the countries of the Andean Community (CAN – Bolivia, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador). Through the study of investment policy and integrated management that every country in the CAN requires the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electric energy, is to identify the obstacles and challenges that exist in common law for get real integration into electricity. You can identify the CAN despite the large institutional advancement and great natural resources it possesses, yet there is no common standards or a common energy market, so you can see a process of energy integration over one integration itself.
