Abstract
O trabalho se propõe a analisar os sistemas financeiros dos países em desenvolvimento, com a pesada intervenção do Estado nos anos 50 e 60, além de apresentar argumentos sobre os efeitos dessa intervenção e da depressão financeira no crescimento. Ademais, busca analisa algumas experiências de liberalização financeira em países em desenvolvimento, nos anos 70 e 80.
