Abstract
Este trabalho objetiva cobrir a lacuna relacionada à ausência de informação sistematizada e atualizada sobre as finanças da União e dos recursos do Tesouro numa retrospectiva temporal que permita detectar mudanças, tendências e demais relações com as políticas econômica e social explicitadas pelo Governo. E com isso, servir de apoio ao exame e à tomada de decisões, por parte das autoridades.
