IPC-IG Activity Report 2015

Abstract

"The work of the International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth (IPC-IG) reflects its mission of promoting policy dialogue and facilitating learning between developing countries around social policies. Since 2009, the partnership between the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) and the Government of Brazil (represented by the Brazilian Ministry of Planning) has been strengthened. More recently, the Centre has benefited from operational support and guidance from the UNDP Brazil Country Office while being hosted by the Brazilian Institute for Applied Economic Research (Ipea). It also receives substantive contributions in the form of participation of Ipea researchers in the activities of the Centre."(…)"O trabalho do Centro Internacional de Políticas para o Crescimento Inclusivo (IPC-IG) reflete a sua missão de promover o diálogo sobre políticas e facilitar a aprendizagem das políticas sociais entre os países em desenvolvimento. Desde 2009, a parceria do Programa das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento (PNUD) e o governo do Brasil, representado pelo Ministério do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão (MPOG), vem se fortalecendo. Mais recentemente, o IPC-IG passou a contar com o apoio operacional e a orientação do Escritório do PNUD no Brasil, além da estrutura do Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (Ipea)." (...)
