Este artigo identifica as regras sobre coerência regulatória previstas no Acordo Abrangente e Progressivo para Parceria Transpacífica (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership – CPTPP) e as compara com os dispositivos sobre o tema disponíveis nos acordos celebrados pelo Mercado Comum do Sul (Mercosul) internamente e com o Chile.
