Abstract
Este artigo objetiva analisar o enfrentamento ao trabalho infantil por meio da política de saúde. A perspectiva teórica que orienta o trabalho é de que as políticas sociais atuam nas expressões da questão social; nesse sentido, a política de saúde atuaria para garantir atenção integral e direitos de crianças e adolescentes. Participaram desta pesquisa 93 sujeitos, de ambos os sexos, divididos em dois segmentos: nove gestores e 84 profissionais, que compunham os cinco distritos sanitários, e quinze unidades básicas de saúde (UBS). Foram utilizados questionários com os dois segmentos. A análise dos questionários foi realizada por meio do software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), com a utilização de estatísticas descritivas. Os dados revelam desconhecimento das estratégias e ações das políticas públicas de saúde e da responsabilidade na identificação, na notificação e no enfrentamento do trabalho infantil, o que destoa das diretrizes e das normativas da Política Nacional de Saúde para atuação no enfrentamento ao trabalho infantil.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the fight against child labour through the health policy. The theoretical perspective that guides this article is that social policies act in the expressions of social question, in this sense health policy would act to guarantee integral attention and rights of children and adolescents. The research included 93 subjects of both sexes, divided into two segments: nine managers and 84 professionals who made up t e five health districts and fifteen basic health units. Questionnaires were used for the two segments (managers and professionals). Analysis of the questionnaires was made by using the SPSS software, through descriptive statistics. Data show lack of knowledge regarding the strategies and actions of public health policies and the responsibility in identifying, reporting and fighting child labour. What does not comply with the
guidelines and regulations of the National Health Policy for working in the fight against child labour.
